On Friday, 20 March 2026, from 11:00 to 13:00 CET, our Erasmus+ project GreenVET Pathway invites you to its online final conference in English, titled “From Vision to Action – Whole-Institution Change for Sustainability in Vocational Education and Training.” The event will bring together vocational education professionals, school leaders, learners, higher education representatives, and sustainability experts from across Europe to explore how vocational education can actively drive the green transformation.
The conference opens with a keynote highlighting the pivotal role of vocational education for a sustainable future. As industries evolve and green skills become increasingly important, vocational institutions are at the forefront, preparing learners not only for the job market but also for responsible participation in society.
Participants will also gain an overview of the key outcomes of the GreenVET project, including practical tools and resources that help schools embed sustainability into their structures and daily routines. In addition, partners will showcase real-world examples from vocational institutions that have implemented environmental initiatives, demonstrating how sustainability can be integrated into teaching, school management, and learners’ daily experiences.
A highlight of the program is the panel discussion “Involving the whole school in action for sustainability.” Speakers from diverse educational contexts will discuss how to foster motivation and collaboration, and why it is crucial to engage the entire school community in long-term change processes.
The online conference offers a space for idea exchange, inspiration, and networking for anyone committed to strengthening sustainability in vocational education. Join us online and be part of a discussion that turns visions into tangible action.
